They need certainty about their own strengths, courage, look at things critically, trust in their own power and the willingness to take responsibility for themselves and others.
These key skills are important for career success, for the development of the personality and the shaping of society. They are not only sold in school or in training. They were acquired in live with the family in dealing with peers, and in everyday life in institutions and projects cultural education.
Given the increasing importance of different forms of learning and learning situations for the skills development of young people it is important not only to demand their increased use, but also to strengthen conditions for an effective and professional implementation and to create. This includes making transparent its effectiveness and the learning achievements of young people in this area officially recognized.
